The history of cinema has,as the opening credits,his most accomplished graphic projects: Bonjour Tristesse (1958),Vertigo (1958),The Shining (1980),Schindler's List (1993) and Love in the Afternoon (1957) with Audrey Hepburn and Gary Cooper.

The doodle, created for the occasion,mentions many of his ideas in an effective way visivuale that sums up the genius of the artist.

The peculiar characteristic of his style,which was also his innovation was the 'extreme simplicity of the forms which together with the significant and never banal fitting choice,enabled him to transform the introductory sequences of films in true works of art.If the titles of the films are no longer an ordered series of white words fade in the cinema as we know it today has to thank Saul Bass.

He scored the visual memory of the films in which he took part,making it unforgettable also his collaborations with some of the greatest directors of the century,including Alfred Hitchcock,Otto Preminger,Billy Wilder,Stanley Kubrick and Martin Scorsese.

Sometimes when I try to remember to go back to the first frame of my existence,but I've never managed to find a starting point.Because of that I can remember,photography has always been a part of me.
